Cancellation and Refund Terms
If the class needs to be canceled
In the event that the class must be canceled due to factors such as the instructor, weather conditions, facility issues, or technical difficulties, options for rescheduling a future session or receiving a full refund will be provided.
Exceptions
In the event that an extraordinary circumstance arise such as medical it will be left at the Bobby Hawks discretion. Documentation may be required.
Rescheduling
If you cannot make it to your scheduled class, please notify us at least one hour before it begins. You will be granted one reschedule at no extra cost for a future class. If you miss a second class you will not be eligible for another free reschedule and there will be no refund. If you do not give one hour notice prior to the classes scheduled time you will not be eligible for reschedule or refund. The new class will be arranged based on the available spots in upcoming sessions. Please note that refunds are not available.
Late for class
Should you be late for a class it may be treated as a missing the class. There are no refunds and you may be required to reschedule the class with a fee. Any exception will be left up to the sole discretion of Bobby Hawk Enterprise.
Who should you contact in the event you can not make your class?
Within 24 hours of a class you should contact your instructor by call or text. You will be given your instructors contact information after registering.

Refunds
There are no refunds for cancellations or missed classes.
Bobby Hawk Enterprise LLC retains the authority to modify or change policies at any moment. Any changes to policies will be applicable to both ongoing and upcoming classes, irrespective of the class registration date.
